This roasted cauliflower recipe turns a humble vegetable into a golden, savory side dish with crisp edges and a tender bite. It is easy to prepare, uses simple pantry ingredients, and works well alongside roasted meats, grains, or vegetarian mains. A touch of garlic, olive oil, and seasoning brings out the natural sweetness of the cauliflower as it roasts.

- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or enjoy warm on its own.
