Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place the diced ham, celery, red bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
