Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 200 g feta cheese, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, and olives in a large salad bowl.
