This pan-seared herb garlic chicken breast recipe is a simple and flavorful way to turn basic ingredients into a satisfying meal. The chicken is seasoned with aromatic herbs, garlic, and a touch of paprika, then seared until golden and juicy.   1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them on a cutting board.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and paprika.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5 to 6 minutes on the first side without moving them.
  6. Flip the chicken, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74 C.
  7. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet during the last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking and spoon the melted butter over the chicken.
  8. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for 30 seconds more.
  9. Remove the chicken from the skillet, rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
