Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool completely before peeling.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks carefully.
