This protein shake is a fast, satisfying drink that works well for breakfast, after a workout, or whenever you need a nourishing boost. It blends creamy Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, banana, and a touch of peanut butter for a smooth texture and balanced flavor. You can adjust the sweetness, thickness, and add-ins to match your goals and taste.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey, optional
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana, peanut butter, honey if using, vanilla extract if using, and salt to a blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Taste and adjust the thickness by adding a splash more milk or a few more ice cubes.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
