Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the oats and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
